Here a couple of things to know before your visit:

To start things off, we are treating patients at our clinic in Mira Mesa. It is the parking lot/complex next to Iron Mountain, right across the street from Mira Mesa Self Storage. On the corner of Flanders and Camino Santa Fe.

We also pride ourselves on being punctual and not Making you wait to be seen. We only have a couple chairs and they are not very comfortable, therefore you won’t be sitting—if at all—for long.

Please wear something comfortable that you can move in. You won’t be working out or doing anything that will make you super sore. All of our doctors are experts in evaluating movements, so you’ll need to wear something you would wear to go running or to the gym. This allows our practitioners to see what your movements look like without having to battle restrictive clothing.

At this visit you’ll get a few things. First, you’ll get a clear understanding of exactly why you’re having these issues. Next, you’ll get customized homework that is specific to solving your problems. We do not practice cookie cutter Therapy around here.

You will also have clear channels of communication with your physical therapist during the entire process. If you have any questions after you leave, you’ll get a timely response via email, text, or telephone, whichever is easiest for you.
